At Down to Earth we offer a variety of services to help point you in the right direction.

Food Allergy Testing:
• Saliva - $140
  This test tests for a large selection of foods, and also vitamin, mineral, essential fatty acid levels, environmental problems, and general information on how different body systems are functioning.
• Hair - $130
  This test tests for a large selection of foods and also environmental allergens, like pollen and dust mites. It does test some things more specifically, for example it will test for different artificial food colours and different types of sugar whereas the saliva test just tests for "sugar" or "artificial colours".

Both of these tests have fantastic results and many customers have been helped by having an allergy test. No test is better than the other, but sometimes one is more suited because of the information that is needed. Come in-store to see an example of what you will get back. We will help you analyse it and give you a plan of attack. No appointments are needed but we would prefer it if you didn't come in on Tuesdays until the afternoon because it is always such a busy day.

Ear Candling: $37 (includes 1 set of ear candles)
Ear candles are excellent for relieving congestion in ears. Ear candles can be purchased to do at home.

Blood Typing: $8
Are you A, O, AB, or B? Find out in a simple finger prick test that only takes about 5 minutes. This price includes a 5 page food chart.

Zinc Test: Free!
A taste test to see if you have high or low zinc levels. Zinc is a very important mineral that is involved in defending (immune system) and secreting fluids in the body. Quick and easy & only takes about 30 seconds.

pH Test: $2
Saliva or urine testing, available to do in-store or at home. The most accurate time to do a pH test is with the first urine of the day. pH will show the acid/alkaline balance in the body.
