ROAR coconut milk powder is made from fresh coconut cream, which has been spray dried into a light coconutty powder.

Mix 4 heaped tablespoons (40g) to 1 cup of water (250ml) to make delicious coconut milk (NB: coconut milk is 4-5 times richer than cow’s or nut milk). For best results, stir vigourously for 3 minutes with hot water or use a blender with cold water to combine.

Use as a skim milk powder substitute or add to desserts, curries, baking, bliss balls or smoothies. Or take it camping, glamping, hiking or festivalling to make any dish – anywhere – deliciously rich and creamy!
